I love going to restaurants where the staff really cares about the food. At a place like The Fat Radish in Brooklyn, the chef takes time to talk to you about the dishes you want to try and make sure you get exactly what you want.

As a kid, I was always excited to try new restaurants and explore different neighborhoods, but as an adult, I’m much more focused on finding great food.
So when I heard about a restaurant that was taking the time to make sure the food was as good as it could be, I wanted to try it out. It’s called The Fat Radish, and it’s a New York restaurant with a farm-to-table focus.
The owners, who are also the chefs, grew up in the restaurant business. They opened The Fat Radish in 2013, and it has been a hit ever since.
I love their menu and the service they provide. The restaurant has a great vibe and an incredible menu, which includes dishes like the “Porky” Burger (with pulled pork, crispy onions, and a fried egg) and the Fried Chicken Salad.
As for what makes The Fat Radish special, the restaurant has a lot of heart. They’ve got a huge vegetable garden on site, and they use local produce in their dishes. They’ve also got an in-house butcher who makes all the cuts of meat that go into their dishes.
I always find myself at The Fat Radish when I’m in New York, and I’m always excited to try something new. The food is so good, and the atmosphere is always fun and relaxed.
